"The Vapor Tower Experiment"
I’ve been an avid smoker of “herbs” since I was about 15 years old. So, at the ripe old age of 38, that means I’ve been burning and inhaling smoke into my lungs for nearly 23 years. I always knew there was a trade off and was pretty much willing to live (or die) with the consequences of my actions. In my mind, the benefits always outweighed any potential side effects.
That was until I tried a Vapor Tower Vaporizer from the VaporStore. I tried it for a week on a trial basis because I wanted to find out for myself whether all the hype about the health benefits of using a vaporizer versus traditional smoking instruments is true.

Aesthetics:
The Vapor Tower arrived in an unassuming brown box, nothing special. But, as I began to tear open the packaging and bubble wrap, I was literally floored by the elegant and sexy design of the Vapor Tower. The unit I received was the Natural Blonde wood finish. It looks like what it is; a high-quality piece for the herbal connoisseur. If you like to collect nice pieces (glass, ceramic, or otherwise) the Vapor Tower will accent and highlight any collection.
Ease of Use:
Now I have owned (and still do) one the old dome-top vaporizers and, to be honest, the thing just sucks. I’m never sure if the temperature is right and handing the device for reloading is always an exercise in “how many fingers can I burn.” That’s not the case with this device. It has an easy on/off switch and a temperature control dial that guarantees the appropriate setting for a variety of herbal materials.
The hand kit screws easily into place, securing your herbal material, and fits snuggly into the heating element itself. The device heats up in about 5 minutes and each “bowl” is good for 4-5 solid hits.

Quality:
The Vapor Tower is a beautiful, solidly crafted blend of natural wood, custom blown glass and medical grade silicon tubing. If properly maintained, it should perform at a high level for years, making it a prudent investment.
The Health Benefits:
During my tenure as an avid smoker of herbal tobacco, I’ve endured a host of ailments. Everything from sore throats to dry coughs to sinus infections. I pop Ricola like candy and have tea, lemon and honey on tap. When I started the trial, I was actually dealing with a persistent cough the time.
Within days of the switch to the Vapor Tower Vaporizer, my cough went away along with a mild, though lingering sore throat. The inhalation is as deep and filling as it is with other types of smoking accessories but, the vapor actually feels smoother and gentler as it enters my lungs.
