The Hustler- The most important cog in the Marijuana supply and demand paradigm. The Hustler is the easiest to find and most commonly used dealer of all. They can be found near colleges and universities, head shops and record stores or any park were “Frisbee tennis” is played. They make themselves relatively easy to identify often times sporting a Bob Marley T-Shirt or something similar and they always roll with some type of backpack, usually made of Hemp and devoid of books.

They great thing about this guy is that while you are looking for him, he is also looking for you. They want to be seen and they want your business. This is the guy you look for when you’re new in town or your steady connection is unreachable. These are among the most skillful, and stealthy dealers, often able to make handshake transactions in the middle of a busy 7/11 without being detected.  You can call this guy early or late and it’s never an issue. If you’re at the right event you can trust that he’s in the crowd making deals and his knapsack has a little something for all in attendance.

The major draw back here will be in consistency. Sometimes these guys run out for days or weeks at a time. When they score and are low on cash they’ll blow your phone up eager to turn their stash into cash. They also tend to take on more risk and are the most arrested of all dealers.

A highly skilled professional they will demand the same level of expertise from their clients. You must know the lingo and the market price in your area. There will be no time for negotiations or questions.
